Not always. The photos on this site show a selection of ranges from over the years, and manufacturers regularly update their collections, so some older ranges may have been discontinued. Yes. At the rear of our Rosebud showroom you'll find our flooring clearance centre with hundreds of carpet remnants, rugs, vinyl and timber floors at reduced prices. Stock changes all the time, so it's worth calling in regularly if you're after a bargain for a bedroom, rumpus room, caravan or rental.

Yes. All of our flooring is installed by qualified, professional tradespeople who work with us regularly. We'll organise the installation date with you when you place your order and can advise on preparation, underlay and removal of your existing floor coverings.

It depends on the room, how much traffic it gets, whether you have children or pets, and the look you're after. As a rough guide: carpet gives warmth and comfort in bedrooms and living areas; hybrid and vinyl planks are waterproof, so they suit kitchens, laundries, bathrooms and busy family homes; laminate is a cost-effective timber look for living areas; and engineered timber gives you real wood. Our staff will happily talk you through the pros and cons of each in store or during your free measure and quote.

Yes. Samples are available to take home from our showroom so you can check colours in your own light. You can also try the free Style Visualiser app, which lets you see how different carpets and floors look in a room before you buy.

Yes. We supply and install flooring for offices, shops, holiday accommodation, rental properties, schools, clubs and other commercial projects across the Mornington Peninsula. Contact us to discuss your project and we'll recommend products with the right durability rating for the job.

Yes. We carry a large range of rugs in store, Rosebud Tile Court operates from the same building with floor, wall and decorative tiles, and Curtain Court also trades from our store for blinds, curtains and other window furnishings. It's a genuine one-stop shop for your renovation.
